  This property is as advertised, and the owner responded very quickly to items that could be improved. For example, I asked if it was possible to borrow a box fan to make the bedroom area cooler (the A/C was great in the living area but less effective in the bedroom) and she did just that within a quick time frame. The location of the property is fantastic. Although we did not use the bicycles, they are a great addition. The property was very clean, comfortable bed, and enough designated space in the bathroom to keep toiletries. It's not perfect (older property) and I would not recommend for more than 2 people, but if you are looking to be close to restaurants and beach this is a wonderful place to stay.

  We once again had a great stay in this owners property. We have stayed in multiple units that he owns and each stay has been great. The units are exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Each of his properties we have stayed in have been very clean and adequately furnished. Of course the welcome cookies are always a nice treat. We look forward to our next stay.
