As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

  The view, amenities, and overall condo were excellent, and I had a decent experience overall.
  
  The only disappointment was the cleanliness. The kitchen felt and looked a bit grimy when I arrived. There were handprints on the mirrors, the countertops didn't feel clean, and there was visible grime and drip marks on the front of the stove and dishwasher.
  
  The bedroom and bathroom, however, were very clean, and the towels and sheets were fresh and nice.
  
  I reported the issue and was told that this was unusual and would be addressed. While I appreciated the acknowledgment, nothing was offered at the time—or afterward—to make up for the inconvenience.

  Was a great location. Close to all the shops restaurants and bike rental. Walking distance was great. Had a great time. I left my hair straightener tho...bummer. will stay again. Was just what we needed. Everything was good had all kitchen things needed beach chairs and towels umbrella and hairdryer and bonus cookies was very nice. Condo needs a little dusting of fans and window frames had thick layer of dust. Can use a update of wallpaper n couch. Leather sticks to skin lol but overall place was great and met our needs. Def Will stay again. Our host was very nice to let us in earlier than 4pm which we greatly appreciated and they checked on us to make sure we were ok or needed anything. Tha k u thank u
