Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

  From the moment of arrival, the condo at Seaside Villas was extremely clean and well prepared. The kitchen was stocked with ample utensils and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals when staying in.
  
  One of the highlights of the stay was the extra amenities provided. The beach chairs and bikes were a great bonus and allowed for easy enjoyment of the area without needing to pack additional gear when traveling. It’s those thoughtful touches that make a stay even more convenient.
  
  The location is another major advantage. The condo is within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Lowcountry Celebration Park which made exploring the area simple and enjoyable.
  
  This was the second time renting from Jeremy and Kendall, and they continue to be excellent hosts. Communication is always timely, and any questions or concerns are addressed quickly and thoroughly. Their attentiveness makes the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
  
  Overall, Seaside Villas offered a comfortable, well-located place to stay with the added conveniences that make a trip even better. We will certainly look to rent from Jeremy and Kendall again when visiting the area.
