Stylish, sunny, and just steps from the beach! This beautifully renovated villa features ocean views from the balcony, a sleek granite kitchen, and all-new furnishings. Sleep comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, a fold-out sleeper in the living room, and cozy bunks for small children in the hall. Enjoy smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Walk to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, shops, and dining. Beach chairs and 2 bikes included for the perfect island escape!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

    The first impression was claustrophobic. Walking into a narrow hallway with a wall on one side and narrow bunk beds on the other side was not a pleasant experience. Looking at the bedroom made it even worse. A queen size bed is nice, but not with 6” of space on one side and 12” on the other side. Cramped to the max! In addition to the lack of space to maneuver, the bed was so high that you could not sit on it to change clothes. So there was no place to change clothes in the bedroom. We had to put our suitcases on the lower bunk, so we had to go in the living room to change clothes. I would suggest knocking out the wall and removing the bunk beds. It is crazy to suggest this little unit can accommodate 4 adults and two children!
