Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

    The property was very nice. We always had a place to park. Everything was very clean. There was constantly gardeners there making the property even more beautiful with all the plants, so close to the beach I loved it. The only problem was the laundry area the washers and dryers were constantly broke, and I lost more money there that I actually was able to use getting my clothes clean.. it was very frustrating. All three levels had something wrong with either the washers or the dryers.

    All good, nice condo for a couple. CLose to beach, nice balcony. Well equiped kitchen. Probably need to update the bedroom pillows and maybe do a deep clean to get all the dust out.

    The location of the condo was excellent. This was our second stay at Seaside Villas - last year we stayed in 278. The finishes were modern, up to date and beautiful. Well done. The only thing I take issue with is the mattress - I think it may be time to replace.

    We had a great stay at Seaside 276. Unit was clean, great space for two people. We loved coffee outside in the morning looking at the ocean view. Location was very covieninet. Short walk to the beach without hills and enjoyed a bike ride. Owner very responsive to any needs we had. We even left a watch behnid and his cleaners found it and he mailed it back to us.
