Wake up to breathtaking oceanfront views from this beautifully updated one-bedroom villa—yes, the balcony view is exactly as pictured! This cozy retreat features a king bed, children’s bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping the whole family. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Just steps to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza with shopping, dining, and entertainment close by. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Best suited for a couple and 2-3 children max.

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! ����️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

    The rental was as described. It has a great view of the beach and is close to stores and restaurants etc. The master bed is very comfortable but the pull out bed would not be comfortable for a long stay.
