Enjoy beautiful ocean views from your private patio and a pool view from the front door! This cozy villa features a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and is just steps from the beach. The bedroom offers a comfy queen bed, while the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Located in a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance of fantastic shops, restaurants, and local attractions. 2 beach chairs and two bikes are included, making it easy to explore and enjoy your stay.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

The villa is located within walking distance to the main tourist center Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants and right across the street is the Lowcountry Celebration Park, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. We are biking distance from lots more. We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

    The condo was exactly as described. It was a great relaxing trip for my husband and I. (A little business). We were actually able to extend our trip out a little longer. It was a perfect location, easy walk to Coligney for eating and a little shopping; as well as easy to walk to the beach. It was still off season so it was nice & quiet. Parking was great. I would definitely choose to rent this condo again if available when we were traveling. Thank you for sharing your space with us.
