Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! ����️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

  This is our second stay at a Seaside Villa rental that is managed by Seaside Villa Management LLC - Kendall & Jeremy Kline. They are top notch property managers. The communication can't be beat and they clearly take excellent care of the properties they represent. They texted us prior to arrival to let us know exactly when the unit was ready and checked on us throughout our stay via text. The unit was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. I was concerned that the single wall unit A/C in the living room would not be enough to cool the entire space. However it worked great keeping us cool, even in the bedroom. And there was a heat index of 108 while we were visiting. This unit is a little further back in the building. It is on the first floor, directly behind the pool and right in front of the elevators. The stairs were right outside of the double doors. Very convenient for coming and going. There was no noise from the elevators, the stairs or the double doors. I was very pleased. The view of the ocean is not a straight on direct view, but is still a nice view and you can even see it a bit from inside the unit. Much better than I expected. The bed is firm. It was a little too firm for me, but is was fine for my husband and it definitely wasn't hard. Most people would be fine with it, I'm sure. I did not cook, but everything seemed to be in good working order and supplies were fine for a simple meal. Keep in mind these units are very small. Perfect for a couple of maybe a couple with a small child. But you aren't going to be holding family dinners in these. The pictures provided in the listing are a very good representation of the property. The pool was nice. The location is super close to the beach. No complaints. We had a great time. And there were also some super cute sea turtle and octopus cookies when we arrived. Little treats are always appreciated. We will definitely be staying with Kendall at one of their Seaside units again in the future. <

  Very nice experience. The host checked in with us our first day to see if everything was fine which it was. We thoroughly enjoyed the using the bikes riding around the island that the host provided. Prior to this visit we had an Airbnb and a first morning. We had to go out to purchase coffee and salt and pepper. This unit had all those things that was very nice. The host also provided us with two welcoming cookies. I commented to the host that that was a very nice touch. if we come to Hilton head again we would rent this place again. highly recommend.
